Hazards

CROWDS Benidorm is always busy with tourists. Surf etiquette essential — non-surfers in water year-round.
RIP Current can build off the rocky headland between Levante and Poniente — steer clear of the rocks and it's an easy paddle back in on the sandy sections.
LOCALS Resort crowd, not a local surf clique — the main lineup challenge is dodging swimmers and pedalos, not localism.
