Hazards

CURRENT S/SW swell creates lateral currents. Rocky headlands either side — stay in the sandy central zone.
RIP S/SW winter swell builds a current toward the rocky headlands at each end of the bay — stay central over the sandy zone to avoid it.
LOCALS Small, easygoing Cypriot crew out of Limassol — relaxed about visitors given how few surf days the island gets.
ROCKS Rocky outcrops at either end of the bay. Booties recommended.
