From Marmaris · 75 km · 1h30 via a winding coast road
Airport Dalaman (DLM) · 165 km · 2h30, or ferry from Bodrum

WIND-DRIVEN, NOT SWELL This is primarily a Meltemi windsurf/kite destination, not a groundswell break — the wind wraps the peninsula and turns the bay into a freeride arena.
STRONG WIND Meltemi winds here are genuinely strong — geared toward intermediate-advanced windsurfers/kiters, not beginners.
BOAT TRAFFIC Active harbour and ferry town — be aware of boat traffic near the marina.
FEW CROWDS High wind and remoteness keep the crowds down even in peak season.
