SANDBAR Small, sheltered sandy cove — needs a bigger Mistral swell to wrap in and produce anything rideable.
RIP Mild rip on bigger days near the rocky points either side of the cove.
LOCALS Popular local Toulon beach, casual crowd rather than a dedicated surf lineup.
BOAT TRAFFIC Naval and pleasure boat traffic in the Rade de Toulon — stay inside the swim zones.
