Hazards

ROCKY BOTTOM Flat rocky bottom, not sand — water shoes strongly recommended, unlike the sandier beaches further west.
SW SWELL ONLY Picks up rideable size during peak winter swells when Damlataş and Keykubat are blown out or too small.
INFORMATION No established surf community — self-sufficient approach required.
LIFEGUARDS Unlike most of this list, Oba Beach has professional lifeguards on duty in season.
