Hazards

REEF Rocky point break with reef sections — know the tide before paddling out, low tide exposes rock.
RIP Mistral swell builds a strong channel-side rip next to the point rocks — use it to get out, mind the exit on the inside.
LOCALS This is the most established surf spot near Marseille — respect the local crew and wait your turn.
MISTRAL Classic Mistral wave — can go from flat to firing within hours. Check the forecast closely.
